Our production process of industrial processing is based on quality fruits that are harvested in clean crates, free from parasites, diseased fruits or otherwise damaged, without foreign matter - larvae, insects, soil, stone, leaves, etc., and under favorable weather conditions.
Our candied fruit is characterized by a natural color, similar to the raw material from which the product originates, as well as a soft, taste-like fruity structure with a maximally preserved shape.
Combining the process of osmotic and classic fruit drying, we were able to achieve a high level of quality of candied products.
The production technology is so designed that all the biologically and nutritionally significant components that come from the fruit itself are preserved in the finished product without any artificial colors, flavors and preservatives added.Read more

Fruits cut in half, without mold, traces of fermentation, damage, deformed fruits, or damage from the sun or insects.
Correct cut hemispheres, uniform in color, of adequate maturity, without leaves, clay or soil. The fruit is washed, adequately laser sorted and controlled for the presence of metal. The fruits are free of preservatives and other additives, and in accordance with the standards of the Republic of Serbia and the EEC.
Frozen fruits - raspberries, blackberries, plums, apricots, strawberries, cherries - are produced in accordance with existing IFS Food quality standards.
Deep frozen fruits are calibrated and sorted, impurities are removed and packaged as a final product according to customer standards and requirements. The total capacity of the single luger is 1,700 tons.

The technological process of freezing fruit, it can be freely said that it starts on the plantation, because every next step from the moment of picking the fruit from the tree irreversibly affects the quality of the process and the economy of production.
Osmotic drying of the fruit, unlike conventional drying, involves the pre-treatment during which the fruit is held in a solution of sugar and water, glucose syrup or some other medium. After the end of the pretreatment period, classical air drying is started, after which the finished product is obtained.
Cooking fruit jam is not an easy process. We have vacuum vaporizers, where at 50-55oC the key solution ejects excess moisture, thus producing a product that does not lose vitamins and minerals.
